Hugh H. Mo, son of legal professionals in Shanghai, came to America at the age of nine. Growing up in New York's Chinatown Mo witnessed the lowly status of the Chinese American community, he realized the power that law brought to minority groups as they fought to make their voices heard. 

Mo spent 12 years of his four-decade career in law enforcement, before moving into private legal practice. He was the first Chinese-American to join the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, and to hold the position of New York Deputy Police Commissioner.

Now one of New York's leading lawyers, Hugh H. Mo draws on 40 years of experience to help Chinese people in the US seek justice and pursue their business interests.
