Flight of the Rich

According to the 2016 Global Wealth Report released by Credit Suisse Group, China ranks third after the United States and Japan in terms of total household wealth and is home to over 11,000 people who have assets of over US$50 million. However, Chinese millionaires have been pursuing a better life, environment and education for their kids in Western countries after navigating the lengthy and demanding requirements of emigration. But they’ve found it hard to adapt to the local cultures, laws, and societies when they arrive, even with all their money. They’ve often had to abandon habits acquired in China in order to avoid getting into trouble in the West.
